Johanes, the founding of Johanes Aritonang & Partners Law Firm, is litigation lawyer and legal consultant, graduated from Christian Indonesia University (UKI) on September 2005 and because he had a big love for his Christian Indonesia University alma mater, he also finished his Masters in Law in 2022 in the same university. He practised in a number of prominent Indonesian law firms, he was entrusted to handle such practices area: General Corporate, Banking and Finance, Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment matters. He also previously Head Legal Litigation & Recovery Task Force PT. Bahana Artha Ventura, Head of Remedial Legal & Appraisal PT. Sarana Jakarta Ventura, Department Head of Legal in PT. MNC Investama Tbk. and after 10 years Johanes earn a lot of experience especially in law matters and build many networks he established Johanes Aritonang & Partners Law Firm in 2015

Johanes since 2010 is a registered as the member of Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (AKPI), AKPI is the professional organization for Receiver and Administrator which registered at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and licensed Advocate holder also a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) since 2008. He also currently serves as the AKPI Legal Aid Division as Secretary. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Johanes is a licensed Receiver and Administrator registered at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and a member of Indonesian Administrator and Receiver Association (AKPI) since 2010 and a licensed Advocate and a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) since 2008. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Jonner, graduated from a Bachelor of Laws from the Christian University of Indonesia in 2008, then continued his Masters in Law in 2018 at the Christian University of Indonesia. Before joining JAP, he worked as HR in the Employee Documentation Division at PT Freeport Indonesia. Experienced in the field of documentation of Foreign Workers.

Jonner, has also experiences in handling number of bankruptcy cases and suspension of payment proceedings Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Indosurya Cipta. In addition, at this time Jonner was involved as an administrator and as curator in the case PT SJ Mode Indonesia.

Jonner, since 2018 is a licensed receiver and administrator register at the ministry of law an Human Right of the Republic of Indonesia and a member of Indonesia Administrator and Receiver Association (AKPI) and a licensed Advocate and member of Indonesian bar Association (PERADI) since 2017. He speaks bahasa Indonesia and English.

Liberty, before joining Johanes Aritonang & Partners Law Office, he worked as a Legal Officer at PT. Mobile 8 Telecom, Tbk. and Legal Supervisor PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. He received a bachelor degree in law from Christian Indonesia University (UKI)

Liberty is a licensed Advocate and a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
